Capabilities

Knit, dye, finish, sew.

Every step from yarn to finished garment happens in one facility in Novaliches. One supplier, one standard, and one team accountable for the result: that is how we hold quality, color, and lead time.

Our knitting floor runs Fukuhara circular knitting machines from Japan. We knit single jersey, pique, honeycomb (Lacoste) pique, interlock, French terry, fleece, rib, jacquard, waffle, engineered and auto stripes, and dry-fit polyester knits.

Greige and black or white stock fabric is available for quick turnarounds. Custom constructions are knitted on request.

  • Sweatshirts and hoodies in French terry and fleece
  • Collars, cuffs, and fitted styles in rib

02Dye & finish

Dyeing & finishing

Our in-house dye house runs European dyeing machines with European dyes. We dye the fabric we knit, and we take in fabric from other mills and garment makers for commission dyeing.

Color is matched to a Pantone reference or to a physical standard you send us, and approved as a lab dip before bulk dyeing. Fabric is then finished to the agreed specification.

Typical uses

  • Custom colorways for brand collections
  • Uniform colors held from one order to the next
  • Commission dyeing of customer-supplied fabric

Good to know

  • Lab dip approved before bulk
  • Match to a Pantone code, a swatch, or a garment
  • Dyeing and finishing for our fabric or yours

03Sew

Garment manufacturing

Fabric moves from our own knitting and dye house straight to cutting and the sewing lines. We produce 60,000+ garments a month: private-label collections for clothing brands and uniform programs for companies, schools, and organizations.

Every order starts with a sample. Bulk production begins after you approve it, and finished garments are labeled, folded, and packed to your instructions.

Typical uses

  • Private-label tees, polos, and knitwear
  • Corporate and school uniforms
  • Event apparel and merchandise
  • Hoodies, jackets, and work pants

Good to know

  • Pre-production sample before every bulk run
  • Neck labels, hang tags, and packaging to your brand
  • Repeat orders made to the same spec
  • Small batches to 60,000+ pieces a month

04Decorate

Printing & embroidery

Logos, graphics, and names are applied in-house, so decoration runs on the same schedule as sewing. We offer DTF (direct-to-film) printing, silk-screen printing, sublimation printing, embroidery, and heat transfer.

The right method depends on the artwork, the fabric, and the quantity. Send us what you have and we will recommend one.

05Inspect

Quality control

Inspection happens at every stage, not only at the end. Each step checks the work of the step before it, so a fault is caught where it starts and fixed before it reaches the next process.

Because knitting, dyeing, and sewing share one facility, the people who find a problem can walk over to the people who can fix it.

What we check

  • Yarn, before knitting
  • Greige fabric, off the knitting machine
  • Dyed fabric, against the approved shade
  • Cut panels, before sewing
  • Finished garments, before packing

Good to know

  • Sample approved before bulk production
  • Repeat orders checked against the first approved sample
  • One team accountable from yarn to carton
