These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Genknit Manufacturing Corporation ("Genknit", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Content and ownership
The text, photographs, graphics, and the Genknit name and logo on this site belong to Genknit or are used with permission. Client names, logos, and branded garments shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear with their permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use, such as evaluating us as a supplier. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or photographs for any other purpose without our written consent.
Information on this site
We describe our products, capabilities, minimum orders, and lead times as accurately as we can, but they are general information, not an offer. Colors on screen may differ from actual fabric. Prices, minimums, lead times, and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation or order confirmation from Genknit, and that document takes precedence over anything on this site.
Inquiries and files you send
When you send us an inquiry or files, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any artwork, logos, or designs you send. We use them only to respond to you and to fulfil your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free of errors or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Genknit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, including Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about them or about this site will be handled by the proper courts of the Philippines.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent to martyn@genknit.com.ph or by phone on (02) 8936-9234.
